Vibratory Sense

Vibratory sensation (pallesthesia) is one of the sensory modalities of the DCML (Dorsal Column Medial Lemniscus) system. It is tested by placing  sinusoidally oscillated objects against the skin. Through the simulated virtual activity, user can test the ability to feel the vibration on the upper and lower extremity by placing the vibrating tuning fork over the body of virtual patient and listening to the audio response of the patient.
