Rebound Effect

In this test, the arms of the patient are gently pressed downwards and then suddenly released by the examiner so that it rebounds upwards. The rebound phenomenon is present in normal limbs, exaggerated in spastic limbs, and absent in limbs affected by cerebellar disease. The system will display a patient with his/her stretched straight and observing the reboundness of the hand. The movement of the hand is shown using an animation.
